#MARTIN DIVE OF AUSTRALIA LEADS Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) CCM Seriemas Championship by #DAMARU GOLF

Dive maintains his lead at Seriemas

Martin Dive maintained one-stroke lead after the third round of the Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) CCM Seriemas Championship today.

Dearest friends and colleagues,

Dive maintains his lead at Seriemas

The Australian shot four-under-par 68 to move to 12-under-par 204 in the RM220,000 tournament at Seriemas Golf & Country Club, Nilai, Negri Sembilan.
The 31-year-old was bogey-free today, courtesy of some controlled aggression and solid ball-striking.
That round left Brett Munson in second place after the American signed for a 67.
Thailand’s Panuwat Muenlek was another three shots adrift on 208, after a four-under 68, with his compatriot Nitithorn Thippong (72) fourth on seven-under 209.
Malaysian Solomon Emilio Rosidin (70) was joint fifth on 210, alongside Canadian Scott Secord (69), Englishman Steve Lewton (71) and Americans Peter Lansburgh (70), John Catlin (70) and Dino Giacomazzi (70).
Happy with his progress thus far, Dive said: “I played better today after a real tough day yesterday. Also I got off to a better start which was good and I never really got into big trouble - so that welcome too.
“I gave myself good opportunities after hitting a few good shots in and I made a few putts as well,” added Dive, who shot an opening round 64, before the 72 yesterday.
“Yesterday was a tough for me and never really got comfortable out there. But I improved today and so I’m obviously happy about that.”
The CCM Seriemas Championship is co-sanctioned with the Asian Development Tour and carries world ranking points, thus the big foreign contingent in the field.
