day 1
Thais are supported by sponsors allowed to play in private golf clubs Naturally they will be better golfers .While Malaysian Golfers are part timers making a living with other activities and no course to practice.Over 250 courses are closed to PGM  car holders ,Or play green fees use buggy to practice.

Thailand set the early pace in the Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) Tour’s Port Dickson Championship today with the top-two slots occupied by players from our northern neighbours.
Pipatpong Naewsuk fired the best round of the first day in the RM170,000 event that is co-sanctioned with the Asean PGA after he went around in seven-under 64. Two shots back was his compatriot Varut Chomchalam, whose 66 was almost as good.
Malaysia’s Kemarol Baharin and Kwanchai Tannin, also of Thailand, were tied for third on 67, while local lads Kenneth De Silva and Airil Rizman matched Thai Ratchapol Jantavara’s 68 for fifth spot.
